Summary
DataClipper is designed to process webpage data locally in your browser. The extension reads visible page content only when you open DataClipper and use it to preview or export a table or repeated list.
Data processed
When you click the extension, DataClipper may read visible page tables and repeated list content from the active tab so it can preview and export that data to CSV, TSV, Markdown, or JSON.
Data not collected
DataClipper does not collect, sell, transmit, or store webpage content on external servers.
DataClipper does not collect passwords, cookies, authentication tokens, browsing history, or payment card information.
Local storage
DataClipper stores export preferences, daily free-tier usage counts, and optional license activation state in Chrome local extension storage.
Payments
Payments are handled outside the extension by third-party payment providers such as PayPal or Payoneer. DataClipper does not process payment card details.
